If there is anything wrong with your bag or order, please contact us within (7) days of receiving your purchase to discuss.

If an item is defective, please pay shipping cost upfront. Then we will reimburse shipping costs and fix any issues within (14) to (30) days of receiving the order.

Purchases can be returned by mail and must be in new or unused condition.

The above pertains to any products purchased on our website or ready to ship products purchased via our social spaces.
